QUESTIONS

eSIM on Telyne

Do I have to choose between the SDK and the API?

No. Many customers run both: our screens inside a mobile app, and direct calls from their own backend. One account covers it.

How much can I change in the SDK screens?

Colours, fonts, corner radius, spacing, logo, light or dark, and the copy. If you need more control than that, use the API and build the screens yourself.

How is eSIM usage billed?

Metered per megabyte as it happens, rated against your account, and added to the same monthly invoice as every other capability you have switched on. There is no separate eSIM bill to reconcile.

Is there a minimum order?

No. Issue one profile or ten thousand. No minimum term, no annual commitment, no notice period, and a profile terminated today stops billing today.

Which countries are covered?

More than a hundred and eighty. Coverage is queryable through the API rather than published as a list that goes stale, so you can check availability before you provision rather than after.
